At Caliber Creations, all apparel is printed to order using Direct-to-Film (DTF) application. Please review the information below before placing your order to understand production timelines, shipping methods, and delivery responsibilities.
Production Time
All orders are produced after purchase.
Typical production time is 7-14, excluding weekends and holidays.
Production begins once an order is submitted and queued for printing. Orders cannot be canceled or modified once production has started.
Production times may be extended during:

New product launches

Unforeseen equipment or supply delays
If a delay occurs, customers will be notified.
Shipping Methods & Rates
Shipping rates and available methods are calculated at checkout based on:

Shipping costs are non-refundable once an order has shipped.
Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Tracking updates are provided by the carrier and may take up to 24–48 hours to appear after shipment.
Delivery Estimates
Delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.
Caliber Creations is not responsible for carrier delays caused by:

Incorrect or incomplete address information
Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address at checkout.
Orders shipped to an incorrect address due to customer error are not eligible for replacement or refund.
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, additional shipping charges may apply to reship the order.
Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages
Once an order has been handed off to the carrier, Caliber Creations is not responsible for lost, delayed, or stolen packages.
If a package is marked as delivered but not received:

Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged due to shipping, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

Carrier-related damage claims must be reported promptly to be eligible for review.
Multiple Shipments
Orders containing multiple items may ship separately depending on production timing and availability. Customers will receive tracking information for each shipment when applicable.
