Refund & Return Policy

(DTF Apparel – Pre-Designed Graphics)

Because our apparel is custom printed using Direct-to-Film (DTF) application and features pre-designed graphics created by our team, all sales are considered final once production begins, except in the case of a manufacturing defect or fulfillment error.

Production begins once an order is submitted and queued for printing. Orders cannot be canceled or modified after this point.

Eligible Returns or Replacements

We will replace or refund an item if:

The graphic is defective (peeling, cracking, or lifting under normal wear)
The wrong size, color, or garment was sent
The design printed does not match the design selected at the time of purchase

All issues must be reported within 30 days of delivery.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or refunds for:

Customer selecting an incorrect size
Customer dissatisfaction with the design after purchase
Color variations due to screen or monitor differences
Normal wear and tear
Damage caused by improper washing, drying, or care
Items printed correctly using the design and size selected at checkout

Size Selection Acknowledgment

Customers are responsible for selecting the correct size at checkout. Items printed correctly using the size selected are not eligible for return or refund, regardless of fit preference.

Design Selection Acknowledgment

By placing an order, the customer confirms they have reviewed and selected the design as displayed on our website. Items printed accurately using the selected design are not eligible for return or refund due to preference or change of mind.

How to Request a Return or Refund

To initiate a return or refund request, customers must contact us within 30 days of delivery at:

Please include:

Order number
Description of the issue
Clear photos of the item and the defect or error

Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted or refunded.

Approved claims will be resolved with a replacement or refund at our discretion.

Chargebacks & Disputes

Customers agree to contact Caliber Creations at hello@calibercreations.net to attempt resolution of any order issue prior to initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.
